Time to buck it.
Most of the school year, the Sunset Campus field is a muddy mess. Kids slide through it, track it into classrooms, and teachers spend their days wiping it up. When summer finally dries it out, the mud gives way to hard, cracked clay. For years we've tried to establish grass, but the volume of kids and daily traffic make it impossible to sustain. Turf is the only way to create a surface that is playable, beautiful, and built to last.
When the field is unusable, the whole school feels it: recess shrinks, the gym gets overbooked, and summer programming runs out of space.
